LIN CHAIR는 동서양 전통 요소인 "문"에서 영감을 받아 탄생했습니다. 문은 한 공동체와 또 다른 공동체 사이의 경계이며, 의자는 그 경계를 통과하는 ‘들어섬’의 상징입니다. 의자는 식탁으로 향하는 첫걸음, 즉 입구이자 초대의 문입니다. 검은 선들이 겹겹이 얽혀 구성된 구조는 내부로 진입하는 전이의 공간을 함축하고 있습니다. 이 선들은 물리적 구조이자 시선의 레이어이며, 내부와 외부를 유연하게 연결하는 경계이기도 합니다.

LIN CHAIR is originated from traditional East and West entrances which is a boundary between a group of society and another. A chair is an entrée. It is a gate as an opening way to the table. The structure of overlapping layers of black thin line contains internal transitional space.
